Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Typical delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
3. Shipping Destinations
• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct. The POB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package until it arrives.
Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.
• To process your request, please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos of the item(s).
3. Non-Returnable Items
• The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on clearance or during a sale event • Gift cards
4. Return Process
• If your return is approved (for damaged or defective items only), we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid further damage during shipping.
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of your replacement or store credit approval or rejection.

5. Refunds
• We do not offer refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive a replacement item or store credit.
6. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving your order.
